Emily

Emily is the lead singer for "The Emily Clark Band," the band formerly known as "See Emily Play," which was formed in February 2006 in Louisville, KY.

The group has played various venues across the state including local bars, private parties, Churchill Downs, Ellis Park, and the State Fair. The band was chosen as the runner up for the Colgate Palmolive Country Showdown in 2008.

In 2008, Emily went to the state Senate and House of Representatives to perform Randy Lanham's song "Going Home to Kentucky." This song is now used as the theme song for the Owensboro Tourist Commission.

Emily's original music videos were chosen in CMT's Music Madness contest in 2007 and 2009 for songs "Heaven's Serenade" and "Believe."

First and foremost, I would like to thank God who has blessed me in more ways than I can count and none of which I deserve.

Mom and Dad - You have believed in and supported me in every decision I've made (even when it wasn't the best choice.)
I can never repay you for what you've given me.

Jen, Nat, Sue, Brad, Bill, Poo Poo, Tay and E-man - thank you for all of your love and listening ears and for being there when it mattered most.

Brian, Brandon and Andy - You are my home away from home.  Thank you for accepting me with open arms and teaching me all about Rock and Roll!
And learning some country in the process! :)

Randy Lanham - thank you for letting me sing your songs and being the first person to record for me -
sinus infections and all! You and your ladies are truly a gift sent from above.

To all the musicians I've worked with and will work with in the future - thank you for putting up with me!

And last but not least: To all my friends, family, and fans - thank you for supporting  and encouraging me - from smoky bars to contests and
everything in between!.  I truly couldn't do it without you.

All my love and blessings,
e
